Best Vegan food on the Island by FAR!

Thuy's is simply an amazing small owner/operator restaurant with an amazing owner, Thuy, amazing food, and great service. We've traveled the globe and her vegan pho is the best we've ever had. Her vegan spring rolls and peanut sauce are absolutely amazing. We literally fly into SeaTac and come across on the ferry to have her food. If you love pho, her's is the best! Thuy is an amazingly kind and generous human being and we love her and her food.

Pros: Best pho, Best peanut sauce, Best owner/operator restaurant on the island

Cons: Limited seating

Delicious and Lots of Options

This cute restaurant with a lovely courtyard has wonderful flavor and is very consistent. They have lots of vegan and vegetarian options and are willing to customize whatever possible. The tofu and vegetable pho is my favorite. I also love the yellow curry, the spring rolls, the vegetarian cabbage salad, the rice noodle salad and the veggie egg rolls (vegetarian). The Bahn Mi (vegetarian), is also good.

For drinks: the limeade, the Thai iced tea (can be made without milk and maybe with coconut milk), the coconut boba tea with coconut milk (vegan), and jasmine milk tea (dairy).

Beware: Tofu Banh Mi NOT Vegan

Ordered the tofu banh mi after confirming that it’s vegan w/o the mayo. Then, manager came to say that they somehow use butter in it so not vegan. They do have noodle, tofu and veggie dishes that can be made vegan. But, apparently, not the banh mi.
