Worth the Visit - Edit
Throop Soups is a gem! It has delicious/healthy vegan plant based soups, sandwiches, salads, breads, smoothies, cookies, muffins, cakes, and more. One need not be a vegan to visit. They too can enjoy anything on the extensive menu. I can almost guarantee they will enjoy the cakes and smoothies!
Read moreThe atmosphere is pleasant and the service is excellent. During our last visit our group had the special of the day, two awesome Un-Skimpie Whimpies, two lasagnas one delicious green salad , potato salad , and two slices of yummy banana bread. We eat at Throop soups every time we visit the Scranton area. We wish we lived closer.
Pros: Many food options and they change it up , The muffins are so good, Excellent Service

Can't recommend enough. My southwestern wrap was delicious, my eggnog smoothie was one of the best things I've ever had, and the pea soup as delightful. Super nice owners too.

Friendly and engaging staff, unique (yet homey) and delicious food! We had a thanksgiving wrap, chili non-carne over rice, and smoothie. All were great! Cute counter and bright space to nosh. It was our half-way point on an NYC-Ithaca road trip and such a great find!

Shroom Wrap exceptional - Edit
Yes a really tasty wrap. The pepper soup, potato salad and zucchini bread were also good. It’s primarily a take-out place but only two minutes up the road was Washington Street Park with clean, covered picnic facilities and easy parking.
