Filling with plenty of choice - Edit
You have a few choices for lunch - burgers, curries, patties. It's not gourmet and on a crowded and busy market street, but worth a stop for a quick bite or takeaway.

Little nook in the corner along a busy street - Edit
The directions were accurate and the sign above the store says Three Angels. There is a sign on the second storey that says Vegan and we did. To investigate if that was a separate restaurant or for Three Angels.
Read moreThe food was pre made and sitting in a glass container, which was a little concerning as it was so hot out. Our roti was soggy and there was a thin metal stuck to bottom of one of our buns (like a flattened staple). We risked it anyways. We did not get sick but did have heart burn. The two women helping us were lovely.
Pros: All vegan , Cheap, Local
Cons: Maybe Unsanitary

Nice little place - Edit
Walked those streets so many times and never noticed this place, until today. Nice little place with very friendly staff. I ordered a vegan meal. I had brown rice with yellow split peas, a ground provision bake and ginger chicken (vegan of course). It was delicious. Forgot to take a picture. The meal only cost 15 EC dollars.

5 * but not open on the weekend - Edit
This place is an absolute gem and say to find in the centre of Castries. Unfortunately like so many of the vegan/ vegetarian/ ital places in saint Lucia they are not open on the weekends.

great accidental find! - Edit
I was wandering around Castries when I saw the board outside for this place. Went in and to my delight everything was vegan. There were three fake meat/ fish options to choose from (I had the soy ribs), and the rest of the container was filled with a variety of vegetables and starches etc.: seasoned rice, breadfruit, green banana, plantain, quinoa, a pinto bean dish, green salad with a guava dressing. I didn't try the juices this time but they had a huge selection and I will most certainly be back!
Read moreFriendly staff, decent-sized lunch for 12ECD ($18 option also available), tasty, looks like there was some outdoor seating in the market place but I had mine as takeaway. Yum.
Pros: excellent food, decent portion sizes/ good value for money, good variety
