Vegan Fine Dining

I was surprised when my friend found this restaurant as I thought a fine dining experience would only be found in London. It was a delicious menu. The only disappointment was that we were charged the same as the omnivores.

I personally think its only fair to reflect that a plant-based diet not only saves the lives of animals who suffer for human consumption, but costs far less than meat as a whole - from the cost of meat production and the impact it has on the environment to the cost of human health due to consumption.

Pros: An entire 9-course vegan menu - delicious!, Vegetables I had never eaten before , Attentive waiting service

Cons: Paid same price for vegan as the omnivore , A couple of items on menu questionable
