Lovely owner - Edit
Lovely owner who doesn't speak any English. I ordered her com tam chay for take away. The cake part had a yellow tinge to it. I spoke to her in my bad Vietnamese does it contain eggs and of course she didn't understand my awful Vietnamese. So I declined that part. Otherwise it is vegan. It cost me 32,000 Dong. Plenty of seating inside. No English spoken and no menu in English. Payment by cash or bank transfer only
