I came across this place by accident trying to find another LH which was not at the address as shown online. This is another in Haiphong of a buffet style place which I don't really like. Just dishes full of different 'mock' meats. As a long time vegan I don't like 'fake' tasting dead corpse taste. In Haiphong this is all I found that were advertised on Happy Cow, but if your desperate this would be an oky place as he had spring rolls, mushrooms and noodles. I'd go fruitarian for my short stay here.
Pros: variety on offer., reasonably clean
Cons: fake mock soya TVP
