Essential for vegans in Dong Hoi - Edit
I think this is the only vegetarian, let alone vegan, restaurant in Dong Hoi, and it's one of the best cơm chay places Ive been to in Vietnam. Luckily I was close by. The restaurant has a pretty vast menu, which is displayed on the wall in Vietnamese and English. I ate there three times in my time in Dong Hoi and found the food to be of a high standard. I tried two versions of rice noodle soup, which were delicious, jam-packed with vegetables, tofu and high-quality mock meat, and beautifully presented. I also had rice meal for lunch, with very tasty mushrooms, greens, other vegetables and mock meats. Very reasonable at VND30K. The family were also very friendly and welcoming to me.
