Great food - Edit
I was so stoked to find this gem in Rach Gia and it is also near the hostel where I stayed. The menu doesn't include many options but the food is delicious. It was made by orders, served hot and fresh. The main cook, also one of the owners, said she spent a year in Saigon to learn how to make vegetarian food and discover the eating culture of people in the south. I had banh hoi which was new on the menu and loved it. The owners suggested to try mi tiem but I couldn't do it since I had to leave early. May try it when I go back in the future.
