Nothing special - Edit
Tried this place a couple of weeks ago and whilst the lady working there was lovely and the kid and dog keeping her company were very cute, the food was a disappointment. They had run out of almost everything we tried to order. We settled for sauteed eggplant, tofu with tomato and Quang noodles. The first two dishes were bland and greasy and the third one was just rice noodles with some vegetables (Quang noodles are usually yellow as they're infused with turmeric).
Maybe the food wasn't great because we turned up quite late (about 8pm), which I know is not a good time to go to Chay places and most are not even still open at this time.
Pros: Friendly owner, Cute kid and dog, Cheap food
Cons: Bland, Greasy

Decent veg food - Edit
Basic place. Mains cost about 30,000-40,000, but small portions and not too much variety.

Not as expected - Edit
We were very disappointed with this place...the reviews we saw had nothing to do with what we had.
Fried rice was just cold rice with tinned veg. Eggplant was raw. And had a silly tiny amount of steamed rice. We didnt end up eating any of it so paid and left. Big disappointment ...

Excellent food, lovely family - Edit
This was the best Vietnamese Vegetarian I ate on my 3 week trip in Vietnam. The family were very sweet and helpful, even though I don't speak Vietnamese we managed somehow to communicate. The menu is in English and Vietnamese, so that is easy.
The Pineapple Fried Rice, Morning Glory and Szechuan Eggplant were my favorite dishes, but everything I ate there was good. The green tea was also very good.
The restaurant is very clean and open air, lots of well cared for plants. We visited 3 times in the evening, I am not sure if they are open for lunches, as it is common to siesta. I highly recommend it.
