Best vegan restaurant I have ever been to - Edit

Amazing healthy food. You can tell that every dish searches for perfection. All details are taken care of, every dish includes lots of different elaborate components, even the bread is homemade! The food is delicious and healthy, it doesn't tast like diet at all hahaha. The place has a tropical vibe very vegan appropriate hahaha. If you go there I would recommend the "Milhojas", the Nachos and the vegan Cheesecake! I love this place.

The vest one - Edit

De lo mejorcito que he conocido hasta ahora. No le falta de nada: ambiente agradable, bonita decoración, excelente Real Food y una atención deliciosa.
La dueña es un encanto y hace las cosas con pasión y entrega. Eso se nota en el resultado.
Os recomiendo viajar a Colmenar Viejo aunque sólo sea para comer allí. Ojo que ahora está en modo Take Away.
Estoy deseando volver

Comida casera, fresca y deliciosa. Todo vegano y sin gluten. Es un lujo tener un sitio así en Colmenar.

Extremely delicious - Edit

For many years I have followed Nieves' cuisine and it's incredible the flavors, mixtures and dishes that she gets when she cooks. Now with her own restaurant it's great to be able to try everything she creates every day with fresh and local ingredients. I love theVeggielab's burgers, Pad thai and Ferrero Rocher's cake. You can see the love in every detail of the restaurant. I recommend it!
