Weird vibe but glad to have an option 🤷🏼♀️ - Edit
It said they were open online, but when we arrived it felt like they were closing. The vibe was a bit weird, but they did make us sandwiches. The sandwich itself was okay — but we appreciated having a vegan option in mainland Turkey since we had a long drive ahead before getting back to the cruise port.

Read moreI'm not sure what was going on for this business the day that I visited them, but they certainly didn't want any customers.
The staff member seemed annoyed that I walked in and even after asking if they are still serving food, I had no clear response (other than her saying that it was vegan food).
Her sullen rudeness was such a stark contrast to the welcome hospitality that I have experienced throughout the rest of Türkiye.
After a little back and forth I ordered their quinoa salad and a tea.
They served the food in a takeaway container and I was on my way. I didn't realise that it was a takeaway only place?
I never got that tea either ... 🤷
But the food was good.
Sigh!

I felt so proud to see this completely vegan spot in my hometown. The ambience is warm, calm and peaceful. The food that I tried was really unique in taste and deserves 5 stars. Everything looks simply beautiful inside. Well done to the Theno team!

What a lovely owner! The food is all organic and vegan and absolutely loved it. Great ice coffee as well. She even gave us free cookies for the road. Definitely a place to visit and make sure your stomach is empty! 🤍

We had a mushroom cashew cheese pizza with sun-dried tomatoes and the vegetable borek and OMG both were amazing. We also had the banana break and the tahini cake and both were incredible.
