We were pleasantly surprised to hear about this gem in Silverton. We had the BBQ Sloppy Joe sandwiches with fries, and they were really delicious. Before my husband went vegan, he used to try all the Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives spots during our travels, so this was a fun surprise. It’s always a joy to see unlikely businesses offer a truly scrumptious vegan option.

Yummy Tofu Sloppy Joe - Edit
Happy I found this quick and easy Vegan tofu bbq. I was in a hurry to get into town after backpacking and beat the 12:30 tourist rush. The sloppy joe was quite good--it's a pretty okay tofu texture mixed with a great bbq sauce, making for an above average option. It actually intrigued me to try making Tofu sloppy joes on my own. Side of corn was a good option (the butter is on the side so it's avoidable).

I love that they have a vegan option. It's good, but nothing to write home about. $18 for a small sandwich and fries (after tip), no drink.
