Great asset to Glasgow!

Always like to visit this place when coming into Glasgow. They have a really nice selection of sweet and savoury pastries and great coffee as well. When we arrived there were several police officers eating pastries outside, one of them said it was the best croissant he'd ever had!

Pros: Good choice of sweet and savoury, Friendly service, Can see pastries being made

Amazing Vegan Bakery

Clearly one of the best vegan bakeries in Glasgow.

Definitely the best for croissants.

Been here multiple times.
This time I got there special banoffee squares and their almond croissants.

Gute Bäckerei

Es gibt vor allem süße, aber auch ein paar herzhafte Backwaren sowie Baguettes. Alles ist wirklich lecker.

Pros: Gute Auswahl

Best bakery ever

A take out bakery with a couple of benches at the front If you want to eat nearby. We had breakfast here in 2 mornings as close to premier inn and sooo much nicer! The croissants were great with ham and cheese, mushroom and cheese and sausage and cheese options. Then loads of sweet danish and pain au chocolat options. They do hot drinks too. So fresh and so delicious, if there was one nearer home I would be here every day!

French vegan bakery, what else do you need to know??

Even though I went to DorkyFrench vegan bakery a couple times, and bought several items, I feel like I could/should have gone/bought more. Everything was excellent and really did deliver on a vegan patisserie style experience.

You can't go wrong with any of the options here--I enjoyed a hazelnut croissant, sausage/cheese croissant, pistachio filled roll, creme brulee danish, and apple turnover. Everything was AMAZING.

For all the pastry lovers out there, this place is a must.

Very nice bakery

One of the best vegan bakeries that I have visited. Very small space so I suggest planning to take away. We had a sampling of pastries which were all very good.

Pros: Savory options, Classic pastries

Great vegan bakery!

As a vegan French I dream of vegan bakeries so I was extremely happy to find this near our hotel ! The guys behind the counter were friendly and the pastries were delicious, especially the croissant brownie and the spicy sausage and cheese croissant - so delicious!! great dough all around (makes for a real quality patty in my books) - thank you!

Pros: Great selection of vegan pastries , Good quality dough, All delicious

Cons: Apple compote instead of pieces in turnover pls

The Pastries!!!

We arrived later in their opening hours so choices were limited, but I don't think we could have gone wrong. Pastry was light and flaky and soooooo flavourful.

Pros: Leek+Potato Danish, Pan Au Chocolate, Delicious coffee

Cons: Wish they were located in my neighborhood.

Loved it - absolutely recommendable!

This bakery is definitely one of the best vegan bakeries I have ever visited. They offer sweet and savory pastries. The chocolate croissant tasted exactly like an original one and the cheese taste of the savory items was the best I have experienced. Everything was so delicious!

Wow!!

Always incredible

I've ended up bringing so many people there, or at least bringing them treats from there, and it's always just so good! Always friendly, too, and so cozy!

The "ham and cheese" croissants are a fantastic start to the day, and the chocolatines (pains au chocolat) have a very deserved spot on my favourites shortlist, but everything I've tasted so far has been great.

Not the best vegan bakery in my life

Visited briefly for a few take-away items and was not impressed. My almond croissant was small and had very little filling. Very limited seating and pretty high prices. Will give it another chance next time though.

Dorky But Delicious

Spending a couple of days in Glasgow for the amazing Celtic Connections music festival, we discovered TheDorkyFrench Vegan Bakery just 2 minutes walk from our hotel. After sampling the wide range of croissants available one morning, we eagerly returned for more the next day. Savoury and sweet versions were sampled and all were delicious! The staff were friendly and cheerful, the ambience in the tiny shopfront which views through to the kitchen, is lovely and the food is well worth going back for more!

Pros: 100% vegan, Delicious, Innovative

Croissant Heaven

I finally managed to pass by on a day this place was open. We bought almond croissants and pan suisse to take away. Quite simply the best croissants I’ve eaten since years ago in French towns (and they weren’t vegan). Glad i don’t live closer or my waistline would really suffer😂.

Pros: Great tasting pastries, Good range of things to explore, Lovely staff

Cons: Limited opening days
