Not Great for Vegans - Edit
I am the only vegan in my family so when looking for a place we could all eat and enjoy something while on vacation in FMB/Estero Island this seemed like a place that could work for me. Previous reviews state that they had a veggie burger and the Impossible burger, but their current menu only lists the Beyond burger. I called ahead to check and see if the burger option was actually vegan, but didn't get a clear answer before the phone disconnected. When we ordered I asked the server if the bun had any dairy in it and after checking on it (and on their wheat bun which some had listed as a potential) and he said that the kitchen said to assume that all of their bread had dairy/egg. Since that was the only option on the menu I had to just order it without the bun and just use the lettuce as a wrap. It tasted fine - nothing special - but the fries were really tasty! But for $16 I could have stayed home and made twice the size meal much better. After eating, we walked down the street and found a bar (Mango Ritas) that had the beyond burger listed as vegan for only $15.50, so if you're looking to eat in this area go there instead!

Impossible Burger - Edit
This restaurant was nice. They do have two vegan options: a black bean burger and the Impossible burger. I ordered the Impossible burger and it was good. The French fries were also good. It was nice to have this option in the area. There aren’t many vegan options at restaurants in the area. We sat outside and enjoyed ourselves.

I ordered the Impossible Burger, but I did not want fries because the Impossible Burger was already unhealthy enough. They were willing to specially prepare me steam vegetables with no added butter to give me a better side option. I was very impressed with their ability to work with me to find a healthier option.

Got the Impossible Burger, switched the bun to whole wheat, added pineapple and avocado, also changed the fries to sweet potato. It was very good! They also offer a black bean burger which is also vegan I believe.

Really loved the Impossible burger here. Amazing fries, very crispy. I didn’t ask about a shared fryer but they tasted fine.

All seating is outdoors but it’s under roof and they have fans going pretty well. Very comfortable. Staff was busy but very nice.
