Great views. Great veggie burger - Edit
The staff here was very nice and pointed out the vegan options. My dog was welcome on the patio, and they brought him a bowl of water without me even asking. The food was fresh and delicious and of average price for the area. The view is amazing!

Wasn't feeling soup and noodles, so I got a rice bowl (made vegan), which felt a bit underwhelming. The veggies and ingredients were all fresh and delicious, but the aoli that is supposed to come with it was skipped since it wasn't vegan, and I got a little cup of the vinaigrette. I find it hard a place like this can't make a simple vegan sauce to replace their non-veg counterparts. I would've also preferred the bowl warmer as the rice on the bottom was the only warm part. If you're coming here as a vegan, I'd just stick with their vegan soup.

Great vegan burger - Edit
Thanks to the Happy Cow app I found this lunch location in a very not vegan friendly city. The server was very nice and checked with the kitchen to confirm the veggie burger could be made vegan. The burger itself was really tasty. They also had a few other items on the menu that were either vegan or looked like they could be modified.

Read moreTheir soup was amazing. The salad was enormous and delicious. The children’s bowl for only four dollars with rice and cucumbers and then add tofu for only three dollars was a very good deal. The side dish of broccoli – phenomenal! The coleslaw was also delicious. We loved everything that we tried, and we didn’t try all the options. The stuff was charming. Recommend this place highly!

Fine, especially for Leavenworth - Edit
We were happy we could find a restaurant with vegan options in Leavenworth, however we weren’t that impressed with the only 2 labeled vegan options (Hollywood Bowl and side of potatoes with no other sauces but ketchup and mustard). The Hollywood bowl was okay, but could have really used some tofu and more noodles.

- vegan Power slaw - pretty good 5.5/10, kinda bland, not creamy. Raisins were dry and just sprinkled on top

Great vegan and GF options - Edit
Highly recommend going here if you’re in the area. Items are clearly marked vegan and gluten-free and the food was delicious. The restaurant in its entirety is very eco conscious and they even compost here! Great atmosphere, great music, great food. Would absolutely come back.

A place that specializes in using the whole fish, and it shows in their vegan options too. The broth was flavorful and hearty and the roasted potatoes were cooked just right. Also, if the labeled options don’t suit you, most rice bowls can be made vegan and they have an ingredient book they keep to check things. Lovely view on the patio as well.

Menu lists specifically vegan options such as the Hollywood Bowl (amazing), power slaw, and “15 minute roasted broccoli.” Delicious drinks (alcoholic and NA) and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend, especially if you need a break from some of the heavier meal options in this lovely town.

Read moreThe first day I had the Kiwanda Rice bowl and my husband had the Sweet Potato Bahn Mi, second day I had the Hollywood and he had the veggie burger with roasted potatoes. He wasn't a huge fan of the veggie burger but the potatoes were amazing. We loved our other meals. The flavors were so delicious! There is mention of the mint in food and yes it is strong but we both felt it worked so well with the other flavors. The sweet potatoes were perfectly done as well. And the peanut sauce I had with my salad I wanted to take home, so yummy. The portions were very large. I had enough for 2 meals with each of mine. Our servers were great both visits as well. Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when we're in town. Some of the best food in Leavenworth for sure.

We dropped in for a quick lunch and chose to sit on the patio to enjoy the great view. Service was friendly and they were quick to point out the vegan options.
Read moreI chose the Kiwanda rice bowl and asked for a side of plain tofu (as per another reviewers suggestion). To make vegan, the dressing was subbed for Ginger Sesame. The bowl contained thinly sliced yam and a good mix of vegetables with strong flavours of mint and basil (be aware if you are not a fan)! The portion was decent and very filling .

You should hear me yodel, too. Just ate here second night in a row. Had the Hollywood one night (vegan, but added wild salmon). PCT vegan veggie burger tonight. Food is top notch. Wholesome, healthy ingredients, loads of flavor. Outdoor eating area with live music Sunday nights. Don’t miss this spot.

Staff is so kind and attentive and there are amazing creative vegan options. The Hollywood vegan broth soup was outstanding and the sweet potato ban mhi was good. Would have liked it better with tofu though.

The atmosphere at this place was great and apparently it’s very popular in town. Plus it’s right along the river so you have nice views if you’re outside. We were indoors and it was a cool atmosphere and good music. they were showing surfing and nature scenes on the TVs. The baked potato appetizer was delicious.

The vegan burger was tasty and we didn’t care much for the Hollywood bowl it tasted like Thai food that wasn’t super savory. It had mint and basil flavors that we didn’t love. And I don’t know the presentation was strange especially when you hear that it’s a soup because it was a soup that had a bunch of not cooked kale and radish on top. As a vegan those are really the only options there is also a cole slaw which came with the burger. But we didn’t eat it because we were full and not feeling up to it.
Probably won’t go back but the server was nice and did say that she’s hoping they get more vegan options.

Wonderful selection of rice bowls and salads that could easily be made vegan. They even offered sides that where already labeled vegan. Highly recommend! (The hot mulled wine was also very delicious)

We went here after a bike tour though Leavenworth and the area around it. I loved their food! We got seated outside with a view onto the river. On a different night we saw them having live music too. It was super nice and totally gave me Biergarten vibes - just like Germany. If you’re looking for a more healthier place in Leavenworth this is the place to go!

We ordered the Kiwanda Rice Bowl. It does not come with tofu but we asked and they kindly topped it with a generous serving . The sauce they serve with it apparently has fish sauce in it so we just ordered a side balsamic dressing and it was great. Lovely serving. Great dark beer. We were able to dine outside. We lucked out as it was a nice day sunny day.

They have a vegetarian burger call Pacific Crest Trail Veggie burger. I made it vegan by asking to take the cheese out and aioli Sriracha and added avocado and hummus. The patty was tick and delicious.

They have lovely vegan broth options for their soups, they have a coconut chia pudding that’s vegan, and they’re super nice and will verify all vegan options when you ask. Great outdoor area to relax and have beer and food.
