100% plant based. Satisfying, healthy and tasty (no processed junk) Comfort foods like Mav’s Mac & Cheese with BBQ tofu and kale. Flavorful curries. Seasonal Flow bowls. Don’t miss their famous Beet Burger. Lot’s of yummies for your sweet tooth. Espresso, Kombucha, Beer and Wine. The atmosphere is welcoming and the vibe is friendly. You don’t have to be vegan to appreciate this place, but if you are you’ll be eating here every day!

After years of waiting, finally a vegan option in Hailey. Well curated small menu, not junk food, but filling and well done. Lots of gluten free options as well. Owner was personable and nice. Hoping for a brick and mortar in the future.

Everything about the Wylde Beet food truck is fantastic. The owner is kind and thoughtful, the food is tasty and creative, and the prices don't break the bank. I love that the menu rotates so I can try new things. Wylde Beet is the ONLY fully vegan food truck in the state of Idaho, and everyone (plant based or not) needs to try it out, you will not be disappointed!!
