Quite a few vegan options - Edit
There were a few vegan options, some of them labelled as vegan or veganok symbol. If you have a kitchenette, this is the place to go. I couldn't find the vegan crossaint, I even asked for it. They didn't have it, but I added some pictures of the vegan stuff they offer. There are more products, so this was only to get an idea.

Life saver for vegans in small town - Edit
Céfalu is a small town with limited eating out options for vegans, especially if also gluten-intolerant. This shop offers lots of fantastic vegan snacks, dry pastas, sauces and bread. A total lifesaver, esp. if you have access to a kitchenette to prepare something fresh.
