Fantastic discovery - Edit

Fantastic discovery in North Vancouver. Surprisingly busy for a Monday lunchtime. The food was wonderful, fresh, well prepared. Real Ramen noodles! Made in house without eggs. Great selection. Great desserts too. And interesting market to buy take-home items.

Pros: Friendly staff, Clean

Cons: Open windows in December=cold

Way over priced - Edit

The food is ridiculously over priced. The ramen bowls have almost no veggies or tofu. It's essentially a bowl of broth and noodles.

Cons: over priced for what you get

Best Ramen! - Edit

What a surprise! Had the Organic "Nama" Shoyu Ramen and I melted a little inside. The mushroom stock was delicious...I would drink that stuff by itself. Highly recommend you take the bus or walk to this little hideaway because it's worth it.

Pros: peanut free food

Cons: expect to spend around $10 but (again) worth it

Fantasic ramen! - Edit

We had the avocado toast, both types of ramen, and a cinnamon roll. Fantastic food! The ramen broth is the best I've ever had (shoyu especially) and the noodles are incredible. Avo toast was a little salty but still nice and refreshing. Can't recommend enough!

Pros: fair price , amazing broth , responsible ingredients

Cons: a bit salty on the avocado toast

New Vegetarian Cafe, opened a couple of months ago. - Edit

I can confidently say that this is the best Ramen I've ever had. They have two other Ramen options I am very much looking forward to trying.
Nice little cozy cafe with an open kitchen.

Delicious hand made noodles! - Edit

I have visited Workshop three times and received consistently wonderful service and amazing ramen each time. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, the noodles are made by hand, and the broth is very good. They also make vegan cinnamon buns with a daiya cream cheese icing. They have a little shop where they sell frozen noodles and frozen batches of the aforementioned cinnamon buns :)

Pros: delicious food, friendly staff, fast service

Cons: not much seating for larger parties
