The Woodstock Station
Serves meat, vegan options available. Housed in an original train depot, this place is family friendly for early dinner or lunch but more adult crowd in evenings as this is a brewery restaurant. Extensive beer selection. Meat-centered menu with a few vegetarian ones, and a veggi burger that can be made vegan by omitting cheese. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

"vegan approved" burger not quite vegan - Edit
I came here after a hike today and ordered what their menu titled a "vegan approved burger". The bun was cooked in butter, which luckily I noticed before eating it. Be sure to check with your waiter when ordering. I specified vegan and apparently that wasn't enough. Wouldn't call this much of a vegan friendly place and the burger was very dry.
Pros: beer
Cons: vegan items on menu are not actually vegan, loud, busy

amazing beer selection few , but tasty, veggie opt - Edit
In a tough area for veggies this spot has a small selection of veggie meals and the only thing labeled vegan on the menu that I have seen in town. I found my "southwest style "veggie burger to be delicious. Impressive selection of in-house beers . A good spot for mixed omni veggie groups and a really fun adult night spot with an outdoor bar but still plenty of families and kids before 8.
Pros: an honest vegan option on the menu, awesome beer, great adult night spot
Cons: not an extensive veggie or vegan menu
