Wonderful discovery - Edit
Traveling through area and found this lovely cafe with wonderful vegan options. Menu has tofu scramble options, tofu breakfast burritos and falafel burger. Delicious and super friendly staff.

Favorite breakfast spot - Edit
This has become a regular spot. It is so nice to have vegan breakfast options. The tofu scramble is great and my kids like their fried burrito. They make their own bread so their toast is delicious. They also squeeze their own orange juice. Plus they have yummy hashbrowns.

Great Tofu Scramble - Edit
I’m not usually a tofu scramble fan because let’s face it, most places don’t know how to make it properly. So I was very pleasantly surprised. They also feature tiramisu and a few other vegan items that I did not try.

I love the vegan tiramisu and vegan scramble(d eggs). Nearly everything is made from scratch so they understand what ingredients are in each item. For a non-fully vegan restaurant, you could always ask for more options, but this place goes beyond where most other breakfast restaurants would go, so it's hard to ask for much more.
