Pretty good vegan options on stansted airport - Edit
This wetherspoons has a pretty good vegan selection, and view on the airport. It has vegan pizza ( with vegan cheese ) , ramen,curry, vegan sausages, etc so I can recommend it. Clearly labelled, and order via app or website. My favourite place as a vegan on the airport
