Cute cafe, limited options - Edit
It’s a cute cafe and gift shop. It has quite limited vegan options: two soups of the day: pea and mint leek and potato; an avocado sandwich/toastie, fungi Thai flatbread/baked sweet potato. It has a little garden with outdoor seating although was too wet for that. We had two of the soups of the day which were tasty and filling

Baltic, but tasty food - Edit
We had filled rolls with vegan spread and a flapjack. Food was nice and staff were lovely, but the place was freezing! 4 degrees outside = time to switch the fire on.

Delightful Scottish Café - Edit
The Wild Flour is a spacious and pretty Café and gift shop. The also have ice cream (including a vegan option)
Read moreThere is a slightly limited menu but with many delicious vegetarian options! Including soups a couple sandwiches, toastiest and Flatbreads.
There is a child’s menu and large selection of cakes! But I did not see any sign of the pizzas? Some of the vegetarian options can be made vegan on request. I love this little highland Café and would recommend it for the best lunch in Newtonmore. There is also a child’s play zone and garden, plenty of pleasant places to sit and very quick service!
Pros: Really charming café with gift shop , Delicious vegetarian options!, Spacious, quick service, friendly
Cons: Limited vegan options that need to be requested

Lovely setting for lunch - Edit
I visited with my family including two young children. The staff were very friendly and gave us toys from the cafe to take into the garden to keep the children busy while we ate. I had the avocado toastie with a lovely side salad. There was also ratatouille with baked potato and passionfruit sorbet. The garden was a lovely shady spot on a very hot day.
