I absolutely love the falafel bagel but the service is terrible and so is the cross contamination!

Watching them prepare the sandwiches using the same boards(periodically wiping them off) for all sandwiches and then seeing an employee using her gloved finger to wipe something on a sandwich and using the same gloved hand to grab lettuce, tomato, etc. I became worried about cross contamination with animal products. I won’t be going back.

I asked if they use different boards and knives and they said “we wipe them with a kitchen towel”… a DRY kitchen towel to simply brush off big chunks of anything not-vegan.

Let me tell you that it's not the typical vegan bagel from NYC that you can make it as a meal because it's super fulfilling. But they are delicious and are great as breakfast.

Popped in to have a quick breakfast. Ordered the Vegan Falafel Bagel and it was solid. Staff were really friendly as well.
