A few vegan options

There are not a lot of vegan options in Glastonbury centre, so having a few options with a couple of gluten free ones was good enough. The pub has an interesting interior with lots of old bits and pieces on the wall and ceiling-sadly also a deer head. There’s also a sizeable beer garden.

There aren't many Vegan option in Glastonbury in the evening. This pub has a couple, Has very good ales though. I'm unsure if the ales are vegan

Pros: Vegan Options, Ales, Has a well

Cons: Nothing stunning , Staff "variable"

Acceptable pub food

An interesting pub with unusual decorations (old shoes etc) and some vegan options. When we visited, the vegan main was a chickpea, sweet potato and spinach curry, which was microwaved but had been made fresh previously. The selection of drinks was good - teas, coffees, real ales, lager and wines.

There was a chocolate and fudge dessert with ice cream, which was nice, but it was quite small. Overall, the prices were quite high for what you get, which was essentially nice pub grub. In addition, none of the staff were wearing masks, which might put some people off (in current Covid times).

Pros: Interesting decor, Vegan dessert!, Good real ale

Cons: Staff with no masks, Overpriced
