Has clearly labeled vegan items on the regular menu and the daily specials list. Staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about veganism, as one of the owners is a long-time vegan. Vegans can choose from ramen, yasai-itame (stir-fry), sweet chili tofu, salads, cold ramen salad and others. Vegan desserts are Snopels cupcakes and bundt cakes. Open Mon 4:00pm-9:00pm, Tue-Sun 4:00pm-10:00pm.

Good Ramen - Edit
Love the ramen, but you'll need to ask for the vegan noodles and no fish cakes - otherwise some of the servers don't realize some of the noodles have egg.
