Delicious vegan options

The Wexford offered not only an Impossible Burger, but also Veggie Bangers and Mash. The veggie sausage(bangers) was delicious but their mashed potatoes are made with milk so I substituted those for french fries. I spoke with the manager and she said that they are looking to add more vegan options including a vegan Shepherd's Pie and possibly switching the recipe of the mashed potatoes so they are dairy free.

Pros: Food options and taste, Music and atmosphere, Friendly staff

Cons: Potatoes were made with milk
