Very impressed for a small rural town restaurant!! - Edit
Server took her time to make sure every item was vegan, (including sub vegan mayo!) which meant no bun option, only lettuce wrap, which was unfortunate, but the rice bowl was great! Fresh lemongrass made it so flavorful. Tempura style battered tofu made it feel like fsh n chips!
