Healthy - Edit
The Wedge Table has decent healthy food and lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I like some of their bowls. However, the prices are high and the place, like their co-op, is quite pretentious. It's mostly not worth it to eat their because their food is so simple you could make it at home for less money.

Recommendable for groups with mixed diets - Edit
Though the café has only a few vegan options, they're pretty good ones. The private dining room is good for meetings or parties. Service is friendly. Ample parking.

good food - Edit
Had the cheese plate, soup of the day and veggie pate platter. You order from the counter and they bring your food to you, and the service is a little slow and disorganized. But the food is good and portions are generous. I like the fact that they also have yoga on Wednesday PMs in the community space. It's just a nice, casual space, like many of the local coffee shops but with a more extensive menu. I am a Wedge Co-op member so want to support this business.
