Vegan Options and Fast Service - Edit
Retro-style eatery located within Blue Mountains Leura Village, just opposite Josophan's Fine Chocolates. The menu had a handful of vegan and vegetarian items, and gluten-free options were also labelled. The vegan food I ordered wasn't anything to shout about; nonetheless I was glad they catered to different dietary needs especially since the fully vegan eateries in Blue Mountains have closed down. The service was fast and efficient, which I really appreciated as I was on a group day tour and only had a limited time at Leura Village for lunch. Indoor and outdoor seats available. P.S. The word "Wayzgoose" refers to an annual celebratory meal for staff of a printing press, so the name of the eatery is a nice tribute to the fact that this building used to house the local printing press.

Read moreThe vegan toastie was okay, but it definitely tasted like the marinated veg from woollies and could be improved. The vinegary flavour was quite strong.
I also ordered an English breakfast tea which was weak and cold. The coffee was good, though.
All in all I probably wouldn't visit again unless it was the only option.

They have lots of vegan options for all tastes-sweet waffles, yummy curry and rice, vegan friendly drinks, burger and fries, etc.
Read morethe ambiance is very cute with pinks and blues. They have chalkboards for kids to play with while they wait, a little free library of books. Very much an enjoyable restaurant.

The vegan korma curry was pretty tasty! It was nice to see several vegan options marked on the menu, especially in a small town. The restaurant has cute decorations and the portions are a reasonable size. The food and drinks are also affordable.

had the turkish toastie, came with hummus and mediterranean veg. came with chips and really reasonable price. super cute decor and amazing service - they charged my boyfriends phone for him while we ate! also have some vegan sweet options. yum!
