WOW. Just wow! - Edit
I've been vegan for many years and this is some of the best food I've ever had anywhere. The whole truck is 100% vegan. So far I've tried the jerk tofu bowl (with rice & beans and sweet plantains), the carne asada taco, and the jerk phoenix mushroom taco. Every single bite was perfectly seasoned, spiced, and portioned. Even the leftovers were amazing. Don't sleep on the rice and beans, they're spectacular! A true complement to the meal and not just a convenient side dish. I can't wait to eat there again.

Was excited to try out the new vegan restaurant in Madison! It’s a small menu with 3 tacos 1 bowl 1 special bowl. We got a jerk tofu bowl and a mushroom curry. The owner was super friendly and was passionate about her food. The tofu bowl was good - the jerk was tasty and had some Mango Habanero salsa that added a fresh touch. The curry was also tasty with lots of mushrooms - very hearty and well seasoned. Would love to see some sides in the future - maybe some Plantains added to the jerk bowl!
