Kept coming back for more

We ate here several times while visiting Taos and Taos Ski Valley - couldn’t stay away. Everything we tried from the menu was great - burrito, warm bowl, waffles. Thank you!!

AMAZING

Stellar food, quick service, totally vegetarian and almost completely vegan (offers honey and creamer maybe). Food is super healthful but feeeeeels decadent! The Thor Bowl is filling, saucy, crunchy, and zesty, and the Golden Latte tastes like cinnamon toast crunch cereal! Honestly the best vegan breakfast I have ever had. And not worrying about cross contamination is such a bonus!

Pros: All vegetarian, nearly all vegan, Friendly service , Fast!

Just go here! This is simply the best

We were wowed with the food at this place. I cannot believe they are so humble!!! We got two of the burritos (The Burrito and The Gaucho) and both were so flavorful and clean ingredients. Also bought a beet juice and cacao smoothie and both were 10/10. We cannot wait to come back here. If you’re looking for a spot near Taos, stop here! I talked to locals and read a dozen menus and all of that led us here.

Pros: Entirely vegan menu, Clean ingredient lists, Outdoor and indoor seating, and great athmosphere

VEGAN MUST TRY!!!

My partner and I were in New Mexico for 5 days and this was our last meal before driving back home. We wish we had tried it sooner as it was our favorite meal of the whole trip. Fully vegan menu was what brought us in but the phenomenal food will bring us back anytime we are in the area again. Such great food!

Pros: Great VEGAN Food, Friendly Staff, Beautiful location

Cons: Places like this aren't located in every city, Won't deliver to me 5 hours away. PSH!, I dislike that I am not enjoying their burrito RN

Great vegan food, coffee, tea and smoothies

Not a big menu but the food was delicious. Casual, laid back, indoor and outdoor seating. I had the burrito, which was excellent, and a Bullet coffee with coconut milk, turmeric and other spices. I'll definitely eat here again.

Pros: All vegan

Cons: Not a huge menu but enough to satisfy most people

Best Vegan Food in Taos

My whole family enjoyed the options here. Don’t miss the vegan burrito if you’re really hungry.

The only vegan spot in/near Taos

This place is one of my favorite restaurants in or rather near Taos. I would eat here all the time before I became vegan. All the food is amazing, but i particularly love the wrap! The sauce used in it is delicious, ask for extra. Noah and Britney are absolutely wonderful and super sweet. The Wake n Take is a restaurant you must visit when in Taos. Even non veg/vegans will love it!

Pros: All the food is vegan, Fresh ingredients , Friendly staff

Cons: A bit far if you are in the town of Taos, Not open for dinner

Great Bfast bowl ( vegan)

What a great spot - I was looking for a. Taos style huevos rancheros or a loaded chorizo burrito - but was so pleasantly surprised - they did a great job and super fresh ingredients. I had the Ra Bowl - small , and could barely finish it . If you’re looking for huevos rancheros -THIS IS NOT THE PLACE - but ITS BETTER!! GIVE IT A TRY- be open minded., you’ll be glad you did. Kinda muselix-ie - but ohh so much better ! Very friendly staff

They need to get listed on Yelp and google maps - couldn’t find easily in either place

VEGAN in TAOS!!!

Yummy creative vegan food in Taos is a welcome and overdue (all the food is vegan as noted in the listing description - except for creamer and honey). We made the short drive from Taos to Arroyo Seco and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Was a little bummed that they had run out of biscuits but the wrap they offered was also delicious - even my 88 year old dad enjoyed his. Nice people and delicious food ... The Wake and Take is worth a visit (often).

Pros: vegan food, delicious , reasonable prices

Cons: dairy creamer / honey for tea, a little out of the way, no dinner hours (yet)
