Lovely spot in a vegan desert

Surprised to find such a nice spot in this little town where cafes didn’t even have soy milk just a few years ago. There are several vegan options on the menu, all labelled. I tried the southern sweet tea and the vegan po’boy, made with banana blossom. It came with fries and was very tasty. A big portion too. I’d definitely stop here again to try the other vegan options.
