So GOOD! - Edit
The Wagon Supreme is probably the most delicious vegan burger I’ve ever had! I’ve tried many fried vegan mozzarella sticks and have always been disappointed but they’ve nailed it. 10/10

Deceptive Delights - Edit
I have been to the French Quarter many times without realizing that this was a vegan food truck. It looks so much like a traditional BBQ or burger place, it is coated in decals & signs that say things like "cluck ya" and "oink-oink." The menu is all like "chick'n sandwiches" and "animal burgers" - I honestly didn't even notice the spellings were in the "vegan" styling.
Read moreTonight, after getting laughed at by our other friends, my guy and I gave The Wagon a try. He ordered The Pig Out Burger, and I got the Ono Burger on a gluten-free bun. We also had the loaded fries made gluten-free by swapping out the breaded fries for tatter-tots.
Everything was so crispy, juicy, and smothered in sauces and cheeze. Again, if I didn't know it was plant based, I would have sworn we had "regular," yet high-end, fast food.
Our non-veg friends dug into our tater-tots and kept raving about them too. Even the gluten-free bun was good! We all agreed that we will definitely have to try more things on the menu.
Pros: Elaborate Vegan Burgers , Great Gluten-Free Buns

crazy good VEGAN PLANT BASED comfort food - Edit
WE LOVED THIS PLACE. This is another super rad group of carts in an incredible part of town. We met Mary and Scott- the fabulous owners of this wonderful (INSANELY DELICIOUS) establishment, and were welcomed immediately. Mary was very well versed in each ingredient and you could tell just by her vibe how much love she puts into each dish. This place is crazy good, y'all. If you're looking for a vegan (plant based) burger that has a variety of different toppings (The Ono- pineapple/teriyaki was fab) this place has a bunch of options. The tots were amazing. The breakfast burrito was SUPER good. Everything in this place is VEGAN (plant based) so feel free to try it all. Thank you, Mary and Scott for your hospitality and willingness to share your experience. Really nice to meet you.

Mostly meat alternates, but the mozzarella sticks are incredible. The Reuben was loaded combination of flavor.

Perfect potatoes - Edit
I was so excited to find this place. The entire menu looks absolutely amazing. I could only order one thing, because this time I’m traveling by myself. But I have to say, the loaded potatoes are way beyond expectations! They are done absolutely perfectly, with a crispy outer layer, and a perfectly cooked soft inside. The toppings are phenomenal. I can’t wait to visit again with friends and family so we can order all the dishes and everybody gets to try everything!

I ordered the September special, which is the Chick'n Caesar Wrap (a TiNDLE plant-based fried chicken patty tossed with romaine lettuce, vegan parmesan cheese, croutons, and vegan Caesar dressing wrapped in a spinach tortilla). We received our food quickly, and it was tasty, but overpriced.
