Also has the possibility to go to street food events, festivals, fairs, etc. Offers burgers, salads, brochettes, cakes, fries, sweet potato fries and more. Open Fri-Sat 6:30pm-12:00am, Sat-Sun 12:00am-12:30am, Sun 6:30pm-11:30pm.

What I was waiting for - Edit
The Vurger is a definitive must! Their burgers are delicious, and the Sacher cake too! And the sweet potato fries (which aren't popular in Spain at all) are great also. If you are in Valencia, you should visit The Vurger.
They are located inside of an old drive-in cinema. That is you must pay the ticket to get in. But you can also call them and make the order, they will get it out for you.
Also, they are about to open a venue in the city center, so the things will be simplier.

Una pasada. Hamburguesas grandotas y de vicio. Y la tarta Sacher estaba para repetir 5/6 veces : D
Si algún día vuelvo por Valencia, esa será una parada segura.
