Few vegan options - Edit
Lovely atmosphere and always friendly staff. You can sit outside if you have your puppy with you. However, really only one vegan meal option.

It was difficult to get attention of the staff, favourite regulars clearly given preference. Food when it came was adequate.

Nice place where there are a few vegan options. Yummy food, happy, caring staff. I had the smashed avocado and I highly recommend it. Good vibes and good size portions of food.

Very unique but not so many options - Edit
Love the location and feel of the place. However there isn't many vegan food options, a lot of smoothies and snacks but not meals. It's perfect if you just want a coffee or smoothie in a cool atmosphere with friends.

The Velo Project is an unexpected gem in the backstreets of Mooloolaba. They have a small selection of vegan items, including a cake or two, but they are looking at expanding.
Read moreFabulous coffee, dogs are welcome in the courtyard (they have a separate snack menu for the 4 foots) and they often have activities for children.
As a cafe to visit - 5 stars
Vegan food - 3 stars. All yummy - just need more of them.
Some staff are still a bit clueless of what vegan is.
So average of 4 stars
Pros: Great space to hang out, Dogs welcome, Fabulous coffee
Cons: Vegan food yum, but not enough, Sometimes quite noisy
