Great Vegan Food Truck in Lakewood/Littleton - Edit
The Veggie Yeti is the only food truck we've found that services the Lakewood/Littleton area, and we're so grateful! The owner, Como, is wonderful, an awesome guy to talk to, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the chili tots!

This food truck is delicious. I got the tarot tots with cheese as a side with the burger. Tasted great and made perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff, plus it was right outside of a vegan store.

My husband and I were shopping at Nooch Vegan Market and these guys were parked outside. We decided to try the loaded BBQ tots and they were INCREDIBLE. We are going to make a point to try everything else on the menu the next time we are in Denver! I love all of the cool recipes that aren’t your standard fast food items.
