Israeli Fries????? - Edit
Stumbled into this food truck at next door neighbor's Bar Mitzvah. What a find!!!!! Although their mantra is "Elevated Vegetarian Cuisine", everything (that night) on their menu was vegan. And oh what a treat!!! Cooking with a Mediterranean bent, the scratch made hummus was like silk, and the falafel wrap, including pickles!, and Israeli fries, was "dah bomb". Their website indicates a changing international focus, so we cant wait to find them and taste their next iteration. The chef has a good sense of humor, because when I asked him what made the delicious fries "Israeli", he told me he "just made it up"!!!!!!!

I had the best salad of my entire life from this food truck. I think it was a falafel/Mediterranean salad. They also had a hummus shake which was pretty good.
