Wonderful - Edit
It is a nice and quiet place in a quiet neighbourhood. There are many meat-like meal options on the menu. I tried chicken(alike) with mushrooms - it was delicious and for a moment I thought it was chicken and I misunderstood something 😂 Also coconut ice cream was delicious. This is the place you can take also your omnivore friends and I bet they will not even realise that they had a plant based meal. I was lucky to meet the founder of the place, a lovely lady with great passion for healthy, plant based food. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Flavour and Service - Edit
After 10 weeks traveling around Asia this was my last meal of the trip.
The food was outstanding and beautifully cooked. The flavour was unreal. By far the best meal I had in the 10 week trip.
Menu is extensive and the fake meats divine. I totally recommend the Masamam curry muslin style.
The deco is lovely and the staff were first class. Amazing place!!!!!!
Pros: Amazing taste, Fine dining , Lovely staff
Cons: That I didn’t visit more

Amazing Thai food and fake meat. 100-200tb per dish. Classier than price - Edit
Really classy place with good service. Everything on menu is vegan. Food was great! Unique dishes for a vegan to experience Thai fish and meat style dishes. No surprises, food is similar and better quantity than photos in menu.

A really nice place with a broad menu of different dishes featuring their own signature faux meats (which are fantastic!). Curries, steaks, pastas and salads. Good prices and great atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Our favourite - Edit
This place was our absolute favourite in Bangkok. The meat dishes were so realistic! A beautiful location too. Taxi drivers did find it really difficult to find though.

So many amazing dishes. - Edit
Quite simply wanted to try the whole menu. It’s a full menu of mock meats, but it’s worth it. Amazing food. So tasty.
Read moreThe menu is a vegan take on fancy food, with even a vegan take on Lobster Thermidor.
They also sell all their mock meats, and you can view them all in the fridges as you enter the restaurant.
Pros: Fully Vegan

Full vegan - Edit
They call it vegetarian, I guess it's related to the name in Thai but I'm assured by the staff it's fully vegan: no eggs or dairy used.

the best - Edit
Usually, I don’t like the restaurants so called themselves “the best”, but shocked, this one is the best vegan restaurant I have ever been. The environment is great, the price is definitely affordable, the taste and the way they cook is extremely stunning!

They only serve fake meat dishes - Edit
Not impressed. They've unsuccessfully recreated lots of meat dishes to a poor standard.

Excellent food and service - Edit
Probably the most fine dining I have been to with only vegan dishes. A bit confusing and wierd first when the food had names as "duck", "chicken" etc but it was confirmed all vegan. Hard to find place and uber was needed, our driver had to talk to the restaurant on the phone as we called for direction but we found it eventually and it was really worth it!

Vegan white cloth dining - possible! - Edit
A wide variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes (largely meat analogue oriented, which is also explained in the intro of the menu). The waitress was able to clearly point out which dishes are not vegan. The menu itself did not make it clear - some dishes contain dairy-based sauces etc. Unlike another reviewer, I specifically went *because* it was a mock-meat place. :) Will go again, and will take picky foodie omni friends with me. The sauce very common in red-meat dishes but seldom used in vegan cooking was exquisite. Enjoyed the after dinner oolong at the electric fireplace. They do accept credit cards.
Read morePS. I noticed some maps gave a wrong location for it (although in the right area -- if the pin is inside a strange-looking loop-like butterfly-shaped dead-end street, it is correct).
Pros: Elegant & cozy, Broad selection, helpful staff, accepts cards, Tasty & similar to regular restaurant experience
Cons: On the expensive side (need 2 or 3 courses), Vegan options not clear on the menu, Out of the way (use Uber)

The hidden gem that is worth the search - Edit
Had a lovely lunch at The Vegetarian Cottage, it really made our day! As vegetarians and first-timers in Bangkok finding vegetarian food (something that is not cooked with pork and fish sauce) was quite a tough task. Only after 6 days in the area we discovered that there´s a vegetarian restaurant just a walking distance away. We had to search for some time as the restaurant is inside a residential area, but gladly there is a sign board so you´ll not miss where to turn. We ordered Indian style curries with mock-chicken - both very different with tasty and rich gravies. The healthy brown rice was a plus point, so was the peaceful and good atmosphere of this homely place.

Excellent white cloth dining - Edit
This is a menu as found in a European-Asian fusion restaurant for meat eaters. There are some classic Thai dishes and a great variety of French and Italian. It looks upscale but the price is really not much higher than eating anywhere else but a food-court or in the market. There are plenty of choices of drinks and they are moderately priced. The atmosphere is cosy – white cloth, pink walls and rose patterned curtains – and the house is set in a beautiful garden.
Read moreThey serve vegetarian but are very accommodating to vegans. I'm not sure about the proficiency in English but the menu is bilingual.
We had peking duck in a wonderful sweet orange sauce. The pasta bologneise was too sweet for my pallet but made from scratch with good ingredients.
Pros: Atmosphere away from the bustling city, Variety of food, Drink list
Cons: Need a car or taxi to get there

Great Find! - Edit
This was a wonderfully elegant white table cloth experience. A bit out of the way but worth the trip. The menu is full of western and Asian items composed of mock meats. Everything from filet mignon to Peking Dick, lamb chops, beef steak and chicken dishes. We don't usually go for this but it was all very good with the texture and flavor of the real thing. Amazing sauces.

mock meats but great service - Edit
This place was quite difficult to find. I came close using google maps but ended up taking a taxi for the last 100 yards. My advice would be to just take a motorcycle taxi from the Ratchadapisek MRT station. Call the restaurant and give the phone to the driver so that they can direct him.
Read moreOn to the food. As another reviewer said it's largely just mock meats, so if you don't like mock meats I'd stay clear. Having said that the quality of the food was excellent though pricey by Bangkok standards.
I was the only one at the restaurant when I arrived (it was close to their afternoon closing time) and at the end of the meal they kindly offered to take me back to the MRT station on motorcycle. I tried to tip the guy but he politely refused.
Overall I had a good experience here. Not a whole lot to add to the other reviews but just want to keep the reviews fresh and up-to-date!
Pros: mock meat heaven, great service
Cons: expensive , hard to find

Mock meat central! - Edit
I'm a vegan because I love eating vegetables ... not keen on places which make vegetables look and taste like meat. But having an open mind I was willing to test unchartered waters. A friend took me there on a visit to Bangkok. We enjoyed our evening but I found myself picking out all the mock-meat and just eating the vegetables. Not my cup of tea, but as it was busy I'm guessing it is quite popular. It was expensive for what it was.
