The Vegan Quarter at Leith Market
Weekly farmers market, on the first Saturday of the month from 10am-5pm. Around 1/4 of the stalls are selling vegan products, including preserves, cakes, soy, cleaning products, savory pies, vegan kebabs. All products produced in Scotland.

Pretty decent selection of stalls - Edit
I'd heard about the vegan quarter at Leith market but don't live that close. I was in the area and so took the opportunity to check it out and there was a reasonably good choice. I opted for Grumpy who did me a quiche type thing with salad. Portions were big and it was delicious. Hard to choose as some other stalls looked pretty good too. Hopefully I'll get back there.
Pros: Choice, Friendly, I discovered Edinburgh Tool Library near by

Good selection - Edit
Leith Market is on every saturday but on the first saturday of the month its Vegan quarter.
At least 25% of the stalls are vegan, selling goods to take home and a change to get lunch from a great selection of stalls.
A must if you are in the central belt.
Pros: selection, people, staff
Cons: scottish weather, but we can't change that.
