Worth the wait - Edit
To be honest I thought this cart was going to be basic impossible style chicken/ burgers. I was completely wrong. Everything was handmade, it was a longer wait but definitely worth it. The onion rings were hand cut and battered. The chicken burger had amazing flavor. The entire cart is vegan and fresh! Will be back for sure!

Great Vegan & Gluten Free Options - Edit
I am obsessed with their fried pickles and emerald gem smoothie. I highly recommend both.

All Vegan Cart in Beaverton - Edit
I was so excited to discover this cart at BG’s food carts. I hadn’t been there in months, since the last all-vegan cart left, and was surprised to find the Vegan Phoenix (I haven’t seen/heard anything about them!). I had the Chick’n Burger with a side of fried pickles. The Chick’n Burger was good and everything I’d hoped/expected, but the real star was the fried pickles. They were crispy, hot, and they gave me a great portion. I’m excited to go back!

Vegan Joaquin Phoenix - Edit
The Fried "Chick"n Burger included a hand-breaded vegan chicken patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo on a pretzel bun. The patty was thick and not greasy. The waffle fries were crispy, but bland; I couldn't taste any salt. The Sprinkle-Dipped Marshmallows were a simple, but fun dessert on a stick.

We need more vegan carts! - Edit
Having local vegan carts are awesome as we don’t see much of those. Went to the BG’s Food Cartel due to a social event and discovered that this cart is there. I ordered their hot dogs with waffle fries. Both are good, I never had hot dogs with so much vegetables on them. The food was fulfilling to say at least. The dogs tasted like something I’ve had before. I wasn’t hungry for big meal, but I’m certain that I will come back to sample other options.

Eh - Edit
Chickn sandwich and fries lacked flavor and crispiness. Tasted like what you can make at home. but maybe other menu options are better

Vegan food cart in Beaverton! - Edit
I love having a vegan food cart in Beaverton so I had to try as soon as I saw they had opened. The onion rings were my favorite- crunchy breading and very satisfying. The hot dogs were a little small for the buns (or the buns were too big) but I loved the toppings. The nuggets were a bit mushy inside, though I liked the dipping sauce they came with.

Satisfying with nuance flavor - Edit
This is a step above your everyday food truck offerings. The chick'n burger offered more flavor than your typical fried chicken burger. The tea was not too sweet, and it complemented the burger well.
