Ernesto’s Cooking Will Make Your Trip Complete! - Edit
My fiancé and I have always had a difficult time with traveling to Mexico because of the lack of vegan options. Ernesto provided us with the most INCREDIBLE home cooked dishes during our stay, and completely changed our concept of traveling to Mexico. From here on out, Ernesto will play a pivotal role in every vacation that we plan to Mexico. That is both as an incredible chef, and a great friend. I would recommend Ernesto to anyone that wants a true, authentic Mexican food experience with none of the animal products. Thank you so much, Ernesto.
