CLOSED: The Vegan Garden

Vegan Garden closed in summer 2015 and Osho's Place, the veg restaurant next door (which owned and ran Vegan Garden), has now incorporated the smoothie bar and vegan menu from Vegan Garden.

The food was OK but rather plain. I tried the chocolate cake which looked great, but once again, was mediocre. The waitress was kind and there was good seating. I would not consider this a destination restaurant, but it passes for convenience.

Totally nice, great warm and friendly atmosphere, very welcoming, delicios food, coffee, cake, smoothies, ... water is filtered, check it out! Seems expensive, but it's totally worth it!

I liked the cafe, its atmosphere, and the offers. As you can also get your food next door at the vegetarian Osho's place, you can access their salad bar or main dishes. The Vegan Garden then has lots of yummy cakes and cookies, very good coffee, a daily soup, and I think also a main dish for lunch. The smoothies were rather small but expensive, probably due to the superfood ingredients. They also have three breakfast options, which I unfortunately haven't tested yet, but sounded nice. I also tried a raw brownie slice, which was not only yummy, but with 1.50 also a very fair price.

Went there and had the plate of the day but ended up desiring more the delicious huge salad that my friend ordered. Was excited to see a vegan croissant but it sucked, this is the only negative point. Ambiance is super cute and totally a place to bring non vegans!

Since the new opening I went a few times for smoothies, lunch and cake. At lunch a super fresh, healthy and crispy veggie plate with georgeous dressing. Adi´s special !!!! Smoothies which gives you a boost of energy and last not least: Try the Sachertorte - a vegan cake even without sugar !!! This is my place to eat !!!!
