Saturday Market - Edit
This was our first visit to the truck and it was during Saturday Farmers Market. I’m not sure what happened, but we had to follow up on our order after 15-20 min and wait another 10 min for them to make it. They apologized and comped us a breakfast bar. We ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Very simple and both were tasty and nicely executed.

All vegan and local organic - Edit
They are at sat market and the og corner market during the week. I think most everything comes from their own farm and it’s all vegan / organic... only 4 all vegan places in Eugene including this one at the time of writing this. So go support them and get some delicious food.

I love the new menu. The carrot cake was delicious, as well as the two wraps, the chickpea salad sandwich, and Mac and cheese. Very good.

We loved the smoothie, Buddha bowl, Vietnamese roll, impossible burger, and brownie. We didn’t like the sauce on the Mac & cheese. The little store next door is also cute [but not vegan] - they have local produce, dried fruit, wild rice, and hazelnuts.😄
