LOVE this shop - Edit
Found them at the first Newcastle Vegan Market. They stock a large range of vegan cheeses from around Australia. Their website is also great and they actually deliver the cheese in insulated packages with ice sheets to keep the cheese cool and can upgrade to a styrofoam box in case you are concerned if you live in a particularly regional area
