Not Fully Veg, Okay Vegan Options - Edit
It’s a bit weird that this place is called The Vegan Butcher but only part of the menu is vegan. The food was just okay. If you’re looking for a meal with high protein options, you can get plenty of vegan meat/vegan egg/tofu here both in dishes as listed on the menu and added as extra. Loaded fries subbed with Beyond Meat instead of tofu barbacoa and with added Just Egg were okay but the fries were texturally less than appealing. Boyfriend said the non-vegan tacos were not great and was pretty disappointed with the Thai Tea. Would likely not go back here unless I needed a high protein meal and didn’t have other options.

We ordered delivery via door dash. The mushroom sandwich, I will say, was AMAZING. My partner got the tofu Banh Mi which he also loved. I was not a huge fan of his. Lastly, we ordered the loaded fries with tofu. Those fries we cooked perfectly, so crispy and yum. I will agree with what others have said though that it’s very upsetting that a place would have vegan in its name and still serve animal flesh products. It makes me not want to go back no matter how good those Sammies were.

Legit and fun concept - Edit
Love the concept, I guess they have to keep the doors open so I was surprised to see a beef patty being offered alongside impossible and beyond burger. The mushroom sandwich was unbelievable. The bread is special. The sauce is also unbelievable. The street corn is very succulent and tasty with the chipotle seasoning and guacamole. They do things right here!

Been here many times. Free parking in lot. Indoor seating available. Mixed menu with many vegan options. Street tacos are a good serving size with lots of flavor. Banh Mi is delicious … love the crunch on the bread. Shroom ETA is one of my favorites. Lemon fries are crunchy and a great serving size. Chips burger is simple, yet flavorful. Street corn also made well and has good seasoning. One con would be that the menu doesn’t seem to change so the vegan options available have always been the same (at least for the past 2 years that I have been coming here)

Amazing burgers, amazing and very welcoming staff. Great atmosphere with many games to play while you wait for your food. Best vegan loaded fries ever with impossible meat on top with chipotle aioli sauce. My bf and I both ordered impossible burgers, I got mine with just egg to make it more of a breakfast. The restaurant is only 15 mins away from Dorney Park. Would 100% come by again next time we are in the area.

I believe everything on the menu can be made into a vegan version, usually with an extra cost. Food is excellent. Loses a star due to misleading name of restaurant. What were they thinking. The name honestly makes zero sense. Make sure to tell them you want your food all vegan.

Best Vegan Spot in Allentown! - Edit
My boyfriend and I have been going here for awhile now. The Rosemarie burger is our FAVORITE! Along with the lemon fries and truffle fries. I do wish the menu would one day be expanded or do specials.

The food here is pretty good and the service is excellent. It's not fully vegan though, as they do serve animal products, so the name is kinda confusing. I had the street tacos, which were unusual but increasingly delicious (pickled ginger and cucumber with marinated tofu...an unexpected combo that grows on you with each bite). I also had the street corn (yummy) and the truffle fries with vegan aoli (awesome). The vibe inside is really cool too, love the vintage decor and games. Would definitely be back!

Had the tofu Bahn Mi which was well seasoned, fresh and delivered with care and a smile . Good quality bread, fun restaurant atmosphere with table games. The minute you walk in the aromas have you ready to eat. Only wish we lived nearby. Well done! Five stars is what you deserve #Veganuary

Excellent food. We had the bahn mi’s and Thai tea with almond milk. Both were fantastic quality. The bahn mi accoutrements were exceptionally fresh and the tofu was wonderfully marinated. Would highly recommend this place for vegans and non vegans alike!

Staff was knowledgeable and anything can be made vegan. Has plant based burgers, vegan cheese, and plant eggs. Serves meat as well. They upcharge to replace meat items for vegan in some situations.

Menu is not really clear. Place is definitely not vegan. They sell meat and you can’t get straight answer on what is vegan and what not. Employees couldn’t tell me if things were cooked together or separately and if vegan items were contaminated by anything non vegan.
