Had our very first full English breakfast here. Overall, it was pretty good. The sausage was super salty and the scramble was so much more mild than we are used to (no spices?). Loved the hash browns.

Read moreThe cafe is cute and welcoming with a chic decor. I’d recommend sitting upstairs as it’s a lovely open space, with window seats overlooking the road. They also have USB charging points behind the seats.
We ordered from their breakfast menu and were tempted by a range of dishes before settling on the Quesadilla Brunch, Frittata Breakfast and Banana Biscoff pancakes. The quesadilla brunch was very tasty with rich, smoky beans and lots of fresh flavours. The frittata breakfast had a lovely herby taste and was very moreish. The Banana Biscoff pancakes were also excellent with lovely spongey pancakes and delicious toppings.
We also had the croissant and pain au chocolate which again were both really good.
We also got a free Peanut Butter Brownie in exchange for a Google review, which was also tasty.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we also got 10% off using the offer on their website for first time visitors.
I also noticed they offer a subscription package where you can pay a monthly cost to have 5, 10 or 15 meals in the cafe each month, which is excellent value as it brings the cost down to around £6-10 per meal!

Great menu. Friend had lasagne and was pleased. I had chilli bowl which came with pickled carrot, salsa, rice, tortillas. Also kimchi was very tasty. Potato wedges chips were perfect with seasoning and mayo like dip. Glasses of decent wine.

Update 07/10/25: go regularly now. Lasagne especially good today. Skin-on chips are brilliant - full crispy and tasty. Millionnaires shortbread is amazingly delicious.

I recognize your restaurant is a few doors down, but have you actually been into Veg Box? It has drastically more seating than your restaurant and I’ve never had a problem with seating. I walk past both of your restaurants quite frequently. It also seems odd to advertise your restaurant in your review of a competitor. 🤔

Well located just a second from the tube station, this place has a great menu with breakfast served to 2pm, small plates, share plates, and larger main meal options. Beer on tap and cool music playing. The staff were all really friendly and fun to chat to. Strong recommend!

I ended up here because another restaurant was closed. Well worth the extra 15-minute walk though. Enough seating available, friendly staff and a diverse menu. I had the frittata with bread and the millionaire shortbread for dessert.
