Very good vegan options - Edit
For a place that doesn’t have many vegan options in the area, they have some of the best vegan wraps and baked goods ever! The crispy chick’n wrap was amazing. The vegan coffee cake and s’mores bar are to die for.

Tasty Baked Goods - Edit
I got a vegan Starcrunch! Although it was tasty, it was nothing like a Starcrunch and more like a chocolate peanut butter Rice Krispy Treat. Cute location and friendly service though. I thought the prices were fair too!

Many vegan sandwich options and cute store - Edit
Though not fully vegan, there were many vegan options. The vegan lunch meat was very good and decently sized. The store side of the deli contained a lot of vegan snacks along with crystals, teas, and soaps. I will definitely be back!

*edit - valley vegan has become luke’s sub shop. they no longer specialize in vegan fare.*
Read morevalley vegan is a one stop shop for all things vegan breakfast, lunch, baked goods, vegan grocery items, candy, and even crystals! i don’t think i’ve ever tried anything on the menu that i didn’t like (and believe me, we’ve tried a lot!) some of my favorites are the caesar salad wrap, smoky tempeh and ranch pasta salad, buddha bowls, seitan and cheese subs, any and all cake slices, scones, you name it! absolutely worth a trip and worth a stop! ✨ #Veganuary

amazing stop!! great breakfast!! - Edit
Being vegan in the Conway area was a bit easier than I expected, but no beyond burger on a random restaurant menu can beat the Valley Vegan!! A fully vegan store with great goodies for a weekend full of adventures in the White Mountains, this place was a dream come true. A bit pricey but it was awesome to find vegan jerky and date/fig sausages and a whole bunch of other goodies. The baked goods all looked delicious, I had the peanut butter frosting chocolate cake and it was absolutely amazing! We got 2 breakfast sandwiches and had the hashbrowns on the inside, as you should. I almost went back to get another sandwich it was so good the morning after a long day of hiking. The staff was super friendly and designed some really cute stickers and magnets they were selling. 10/10 would recommend a stop here even if you're just passing through the Conway area.

Amazing bakery but mediocre pizza + wings - Edit
5 stars just for the bakery. Pizza was not great and reminds me of a frozen pizza. Buffalo seitan wings were pretty good but not enough sauce. Chick'n Caesar wrap was good but also needed more sauce. Came with a side of pasta salad that was tasty. The bakery is what makes it worth going here! Blueberry scones were to die for (forgot to take a picture)

The Pizza crust is Gluten Free and made locally in Alton, NH. It is quite delicious!
Read moreThe Buffalo Wings have sauce and a buffalo rub, but they are dipped before being cooked, not after to control the spiciness. The BBQ wings are dipped before and after in the most delicious BBQ sauce.
As for the Caesar Wrap, just ask for more. They are known for their Caesar Wraps and Wings!

Not bad - Edit
I got the crispy chikun sammie and some seitan nuggies.

The nuggs were meh.
The people were super nice though.

The Seitan Nuggets were new and did not live up to the delicious crispy ChickN Sandwich! They have been replaced with different Nuggets. These are really only on the menu so children have an option other than grilled Chz.

Delightful find in Conway - Edit
Stopped by on the way from Jackson to Bethlehem NH. This place is wonderful. There is a large bakery section but there are also breakfast and lunch items offered. The chef, who happens to be awesome, made something for me on the fly that wasn’t on the menu for the day and that was lovely of her to do. Let me just state that there is not enough time in the day to consume all the baked goodies that were there, I wish I could buy one of each and eat them all but that is just not possible for my stomach. Brownies, cake bars, scones, muffins, apple turnovers…there was too much to choose from. On top of it all they sell bags of day-olds, mine had three muffins and two scones, truly a great score. Aside from offering prepared foods there is also a little market inside the shop that offers refrigerated and frozen items but mostly dry goods. There is also an area that is the crystal shop with beautiful crystal specimens and some local made goods, jewelry, stickers, prints. Ordered a breakfast bagel that was out of this world, tempeh bacon with cheeze, a folded egg substitute, a potato pancake, and local apples. Also ordered a TLT (tempeh, lettuce, and tomato) with a potato pancake and local apples as well. Out of the many baked goods to choose from I went with a chocolate cake bar with frosting and the bag of day-olds, all of which was consumed within that day. The staff was so friendly and the chef was excellent. I snagged some swag, a valley vegan shirt that I’ve been wearing proudly. I highly recommend this place for great nosh! Will absolutely revisit when I’m in the area again.

Seriously so many vegan baked goods and they even look to serve a handful of vegan lunch options - which I’ll probably be back for. My husband and I split two different baked goods and I’m glad we did because then I could taste two instead of one😉we will be back for more!!

A Must Stop! - Edit
My husband and I visited NH for our anniversary. We happened upon The Valley Vegan by chance and we are so happy we did. The fresh baked daily bakery items are absolutely delicious. We also bought several slices of vegan pizza since we were running out of the items we brought on our trip. The pizza was fantastic! The owner checked us out and gave us recommendations. She is very kind and knowledgeable. She suggested nacho flavored pumpkin seeds that are fantastic as well. We're from CT and have a big variety of vegan options near us, this place is one of the best we've tried! A must stop for sure!
