great place for lunch - Edit
went for cinco de mayo and had a good experience. the table got chips and salsa and they were one of the best i’ve had. i got the the hongo and frijoles tacos. the hongo had mushrooms and corn and was okay, i probably wouldn’t get it again. the frijoles was black beans and plantains and was SO good. i would like to see some more vegan options, there was a good variety but only 1-2 for each food type. also, the menu only marks as vegetarian so it’s good to clarify.
Read moreupdate: i recently went for dinner and got the cantina bowl and subbed veggies. it was okay, there was a modest amount of veggies and a ton of the rice. it also said it came with black beans but i didn’t get any. overall it was a pretty basic rice bowl and i’d definitely get something else the next time.

Tasty. Easy in a pinch - Edit
After the Bucks boat parade visited this place be of happy cow. Reviews say the menu clearly marks. But NOT. Nothing on the menu say vegan. Servers and staff are friendly.

Lots of Vegetarian Options - Edit
There are a good number of clearly labeled vegetarian options on the menu, with a couple that are easily made vegan – Hongo Tacos and Veggie Fajitas. The veggie fajitas had great flavor!

Awesome Authentic Mexican! - Edit
A lot of vegetarian options (marked with a V on the menu!) that were easily made vegan! Everything was very good and the service was great! In a cool part of downtown Tampa! Will definitely come back if I’m ever in Tampa again!!
