Great service with vegan tasting menu

We’d emailed and booked and mentioned being vegan. When we arrived and mentioned vegan, they were aware. Ordered a cocktail which the waitress pointed out that it had honey and they would swap if for Agave Syrup which to me shows a great level of awareness. There were vegan options on the menu, but the chef was happy to use some of those dishes and some imagination to make a beautiful 5 course tasting menu. Just great food attention to detail. Other guests were having meat and seafood so to be so imaginative with vegan Ian was very impressive.
