Fine - Edit
The dragon fruit smoothie bowl was delicious. We also orded the scramble tofu on a baguette with avocado, but they didnt seem to understand what it was. At first we just got blend tofu stripes. After that it came crumbled, but it had nothing to do with tofu scramble.

Menu not accurate at all, but some good options still - Edit
Unfortunately it seems that all of Aylasoul’s (see review below) hard work has not been kept up😒so although the menu looks fantastic, they no longer have or can make most of the vegan friendly options on it. They do not make the vegan aioli anymore, and cannot make the banana based pancakes. They still do not understand vegan and despite a lot of explaining, cheese and mayonnaise came on our dishes the first day. They were very apologetic and remade both dishes for us though. The service is also exceptionally slow.
Read moreHowever despite this, we had very tasty Pumpkin and caramelized onion baguettes (the only vegan option that seemed to still be available) a few days in a row with a generous amount of tofu which was very tasty, as well as a few other things that were very tasty: chocolate smoothie bowl and tomato based pasta with tofu. Although most of the soy milk used in Laos is Lactosoy which also contains cows milk, the Lactosoy they use here is the one that does not contain cows milk, so my soy milk cappuccino was good.
So I would say that it is still worth going here but be prepared to be disappointed by what is actually available, and make sure you clarify very, very clearly what ingredients you cannot eat (eg. Cows milk, cheese, eggs etc).

Thank you for sharing the update!! Sad to hear but it makes sense. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay longer and a lot more training was needed to truly fuse everything properly. Had hopes it would stick. I’m glad the pumpkins and caramelised baguette stuck at least!! And that they stuck to buying the correct lactasoy that’s vegan (I really drilled in how important that was 😅) do you have an updated menu version to share?

Vegan Friendly Revamp 🌻 - Edit
Hey guys! I spent a few months here revamping their menu to make mostly everything vegan friendly (proper balanced meals!) and flexible with the addition of tofu to the menu too! They’ve swapped over to the new menu recently with lots of yummy options. Hope to see you guys there and read about your feedback! And feel free to message me too, I’d love to know how it’s continued going in my absence 💕

Also garlic bread and bruschetta can be made vegan, ask for olive oil garlic instead of butter. Fresh spring rolls vegan without fish sauce, all nuts, banana chips & potato chips vegan. Spicy tamarind sauce vegan

Kommunikationsprobleme - Edit
Pros: Leckeres Baguette, Guter Kaffee
Cons: Teuer, Kommunikationsprobleme

Nice restaurant with little rooftop bar - Edit
There are some vegan options. Most of the dishes are western style. The sauce on the sandwiches is not vegan so ask for ketchup instead. I can highly recommend the lemon Mint shake and the fresh spring rolls!
